I was so impressed with the way the customization process is set out. Oh and let me tell you about their on point and accurate sizing system. All you need do is enter a few of your measurements along with your height and you are then provided with an approximate calculation of your full measurements. One added bonus is that if you are curvy and have a larger bust or a little tummy, this is factored in when designing the shirt to ensure great lines and a comfortable, tailor made fit. I must say I am very happy with the end result. Bottom line, Sumissura is the business! I can’t say enough how impressed I was with their service. I give them top rating for their customization process as well.

I think I spent at least 45 minutes going through Sumissura’s incredible fabric options before I finally decided on this perfect denim colored striped beauty. I got an award a few weeks ago and wore my green velvet pant suit and brown women\'s oxfords shoes from Sumissura. Both colors are a noticeably different from how they appeared on screen when ordering. Both products required some alterations when I got them: minor adjustments to the suit, but extensive stretching for the shoes, which barely met the measurements for the wide width I ordered. Sumissura\'s policy of reimbursing up to 25% of the order cost for alterations meant that I didn\'t get all of my money back for alterations, which was frustrating. But I looked and felt fantastic at my event, so it was all worth it.
