You can make changes up to 24 hours after you placed your order.

In order to choose a different measurement profile that the one you chose for your order, just follow instructions here: Change the measurement profile assigned to my order.

In case it’s later than those 24 hours, your order is already under production so, unfortunately, we can’t make any changes to it.

*Priority line orders cannot be modified. They are started by our tailors as soon as they are placed.

Measurements in my User Area

Once you have placed an order you can always check your measurements profiles In your Customer Area. In your personal account, just click on “Profiles” and you will be able to create a new measurements profile or modify an existing one Customer Measurement Profiles

In case you want to check what profile has been used in a specific order, you need to check it in this other section: Order History
